How To Pay

We aim to make paying for therapy simple and stress free. All major credit cards and automatic draft payments are accepted. We will bill directly through your insurance provider, when applicable. We will check your insurance benefits for you, to get an estimate on coverage and cost before your first appointment. If you have questions about payment options or insurance coverage, we are happy to discuss and help.
 

For clients choosing to pay out of pocket, the rate is $150 per individual session and $180 for couples sessions. Many clients find this option offers flexibility and privacy outside of insurance billing.

Insurance Carriers Accepted

We accept insurance coverage from several major providers, including:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Shield of California

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (federal and out of state plans) 

  • Cigna

  • Health Net​

  • Magellan

  • Managed Health Networks (MHN)

  • Medi-Cal/Gold Coast

  • Tricare

  • United Healthcare /UMR/Optum​

If your insurance is not listed, we may still be able to work with your out-of-network benefits. Please reach out to learn more. Superbills are available upon request to support potential reimbursement through your insurance plan.
