Interested in therapy? How to Get Started
01
The first step is reaching out. Contact us by text, phone call or email. All you have to say is, "Hi, my name is ______ and I'm interested in therapy." We will take it from there.
02
We will help you schedule a free consultation with one of our therapists. In that consult you can tell the therapist a little bit about what's been going on and get a chance to ask questions. You will have an option of scheduling an appointment when the consultation is done.
03
At the first appointment the therapist will ask you questions about what you've been struggling with and gather some background information, like mental health and family history. The therapist will also talk about goals for therapy, to assure you are getting the support and direction you need.
04
You and your therapist will decide on a schedule that works for you, so you can book ongoing therapy in your calendar. From there on out you get to meet with your therapist regularly.
